　　国家主席习近平3月25日向博鳌亚洲论坛2017年年会开幕式致贺信。习近平指出，博鳌亚洲论坛成立16年以来，立足亚洲，面向世界，在凝聚亚洲共识、推动亚洲合作、提升亚洲影响力方面发挥了重要作用。习近平强调，2017年，博鳌亚洲论坛年会以“直面全球化与自由贸易的未来”为主题，共同推动更有活力、更加包容、更可持续的经济全球化进程。该论坛为非官方、非营利性、定期、定址的国际组织；为政府、企业及专家学者等提供一个共商经济、社会、环境及其他相关问题的高层对话平台；海南博鳌为论坛总部的永久所在地。博鳌亚洲论坛2017年年会于3月25日在海南博鳌召开，主题为“直面全球化与自由贸易的未来”。中国国务院副总理张高丽出席在海南博鳌举行的博鳌亚洲论坛2017年年会开幕式并发表主旨演讲。当前，全球经济增长依然脆弱、仍存在不确定性，新一轮技术革命尚未到来，和平、发展依然是世界两大主题的情况下，构建人类命运共同体、促进世界共同发展和繁荣，是亚洲和世界各国的共同使命。
